We don’t do strategy decks.
We build the system, ship it, and then we run it, every day, for the businesses below.
Names are left off on purpose. These owners hired us to do the work, not to star in our marketing.

01 / 05 · CRM
A custom CRM for a real estate team
A real estate team had outgrown off-the-shelf CRM software. The tools they paid for didn’t match how their deals actually move. Commission math lived in side spreadsheets, and clients had to call the office to find out where their deal stood. Years of records sat scattered across older systems.
We built them their own CRM. A deal pipeline shaped around how their transactions actually run, from first contact through closing. Commission tracking that does the split math automatically. A client-facing portal, so their buyers and sellers log in and see the status of their own deal. And before launch we migrated years of records into it, so on day one it held their full book of business instead of an empty database.
What it handles now
The team runs every active deal through it now, and their clients check status themselves instead of calling to ask.

02 / 05 · E-commerce
Five storefronts for one e-commerce group
A group of owners in the same corner of e-commerce each needed a real online store, with a full catalog and a checkout that works. None of them wanted to become webmasters to get one.
We built five storefronts and we operate all five. Product catalogs with real product photography, checkout and payments, shipping rules, promo codes and sale mechanics. When an owner wants something changed, they text or email us. A price update, a new product, a weekend sale, a homepage change. Most of it ships the same day.
What it handles now
All five stores are live and taking orders, and day-to-day changes still ship from a text message.

03 / 05 · Support automation
A support inbox that answers itself
The owner of a busy online store was living in his support inbox. Where’s my order. Did my payment go through. The same questions every day, and every one of them needed a real answer tied to a real order.
We built a system that reads every email the moment it lands. It works out what the customer is asking and pulls up the actual order behind the question. Then it drafts the reply. The routine ones it sends on its own. Anything unusual or high-stakes gets escalated to a person, with the draft already written and the order details attached.
What it handles now
It runs in production every day and works the store’s entire support inbox, sending the routine answers itself and handing the rest to a human.

04 / 05 · Dispatch platform
Dispatch and parent updates for a school transportation operator
A school transportation operator was running routes on radio calls and paper. Dispatch had no live picture of where vehicles were. And every delay meant parents calling the office to ask where the bus was.
We built them a dispatch and communication platform. Live vehicle tracking puts every vehicle on a map in real time. Route boards show dispatch exactly what’s running and what’s behind. Parents get automated notifications about their own child’s route, so a late bus becomes a message on their phone instead of a call to the office.
What it handles now
The platform puts every vehicle on one screen and handles the parent updates itself, no front office required.

05 / 05 · Web + intake
Sites and lead intake for contractors and local businesses
Contractors keep getting sold websites that look fine and do nothing. A contact form that emails an inbox nobody checks. No photos of actual work. Meanwhile the owner runs the whole business from a truck and a phone.
We build custom sites for contractors and local service businesses, fast. Real pages about the actual services, with galleries of finished jobs. And intake wired straight to the owner: a lead comes in through the site and lands on their phone right away, as a text or an email, while the prospect is still interested. We host and maintain the sites too, so nothing quietly breaks six months in.
What it handles now
Several of these sites are live today, and every lead they capture goes straight to the person who can close it.
Every build on this page started the same way.
A conversation about what was eating the owner’s time. If something here sounds like your business, start with an audit. We look at how you actually operate and tell you exactly what we’d build first.
