How this actually works

An audit, then the build, then we run it. Here’s what each phase looks like from your side.

  1. 01 / Audit

    It starts with a conversation.

We get on a call. You talk about your business and we ask questions. Where the hours go. Which calls get missed. Which follow-ups die in somebody’s inbox. If you’ve ever paid a person to copy information from one screen into another, that comes up too.

Then we map what we heard against what we’ve built for other businesses in your industry, and we come back with a short written plan: the agents we’d build, in plain English, and what each one takes off your plate. Not a slide deck. A list you could hand to your ops person and they’d understand every line.

Sometimes the honest answer is that you don’t need us yet. You’ll get that answer too.

Two coffees and a notebook. Most of the plan gets written here.
  2. 02 / Build

    Then we build it.

Once you say go, we build. The agents get wired into what you already run, like your phone system and your email. You don’t switch tools, learn a new dashboard, or migrate anything you don’t want to migrate.

Before anything touches a customer, you watch it handle real work. Real calls and real emails, reviewed together. And when it goes live, it goes live gradually. The first week an agent runs, a human is checking its work. That’s on purpose.

A workbench at dusk. Nothing goes live until you’ve watched it work.
  3. 03 / Run

And then we keep it running.

This is the part most shops skip, and it’s the part that matters. Software nobody watches rots. Vendors change their APIs, and the agent that worked fine in March quietly stops working in June.

So we don’t hand you a login and disappear. We monitor every agent we run and fix what breaks. When your business changes, the system changes with it. You get a person who knows your setup, not a ticket queue.

A shop after close. One small light still watching.

Who this is for

Owners and operators. Businesses with real volume: calls coming in and quotes going out, customers asking the same questions every day. You don’t need to be technical. You need to know what’s eating your time, and honestly, most owners can name it in about four seconds.

Who it’s not for

Big enterprises with procurement departments. Teams that want to build it themselves (genuinely fine, go build it). And anyone hoping software will fix a business that isn’t working. It won’t, and if that’s what we see in the audit, we’ll say so.

Straight answers

Start with the conversation.

Tell us what’s eating your time and we’ll tell you what we’d build. That’s the whole first step.
